Can I run multiple programs at the same time?

Yes, as many as you like — you decide the use case per department, location, or language.

Can I control who joins my program?

Yes. Only company email domains can join — for example, @company.com and @subsidiary.com.

What languages is the platform available in?

German and English. The language is detected automatically and you can change it anytime in your profile. Even buttons and emails speak your employees' language.

How often does matching happen?

You decide the rhythm. Weekly, biweekly, or just twice a year — whatever fits your goals.

Can the same people be matched again?

The algorithm favors new combinations. People who already know each other are less likely to be matched again.

How big are the groups?

Pairs by default. You can adjust the group size per program.

Does it work with teams across different time zones?

Yes. The matching considers time zones — participants with similar working hours are preferably grouped together.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. No subscription, no annual contract. You pay per participation and you can stop anytime.

Do I need Slack, Teams, or any other integration?
